This weekend, our family had the pleasure of traveling the short distance to Charlotte to participate in Miriam's first birthday party.  Miriam's mommy and daddy are very special people in our lives from Augusta and we are so thankful that they are now closer than this last year in DC!  Miriam and Nathan are blessed to be children of such wonderful parents!

As you will see her mommy and her mommy's mommy are very talented people!  What a wonderful set up, wonderful food, and wonderful hand made touches!

Ijames - Moser Wedding: May 25, 2013

This wonderful bride took a chance on me and allowed me to be the photographer for her wedding!  This was my first wedding!!!!!  When asked by family is I was nervous, this was my response, "Nope, it just feels like my comfort zone, doing what I enjoy.  BUT...If I was shooting with film my answer would be different!"  There is something about the security of digital and having the chance to know immediately if you screwed up!

Picking Up Steam

I have started doing some photography in my "free time" and have decided to add a blog to my list to share some work and do a little promoting.  I do not consider myself professional, but I have a love and some experience to get some solid pictures.  You can call me the Poor Man's Photographer, the Fauxtographer, whatever you would like, I enjoy it and I'm affordable (and hopefully you think I'm pretty good)!
